• Non AC Single Room: 16,000/-
• AC Single Room: 18,000/-
• AC Double Room for Couples: 32,000/-
• AC Double Room for Single occupancy: 26,000/-
• Monthly charge covers all meals and facilities and periodic doctor check up.
• Short stay also available.

Security Deposit

An amount equal to Three Months Monthly charges.

Total Deposit will be refunded without interest at the time of the Termination of the living agreement with Ashabaree to the Resident or to his/her nominee.
